Nanavati’s 45-minute presentation, “Four Pillars of Wellness: The New Language of Health in CNY,” will explain how a focus on nutrition, exercise, stress management and spirituality can help a person stay well.

The evening begins with vendor displays from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Nanavati speaks from 6:30 to 7:15 p.m. Then registered dietitian Laurel Sterling gives a talk about beating stress from 7:15 to 7:45 p.m. And last, Maryann Roefaro, a Reiki master and hypnotherapist, will speak about self-mastery from 7:45 to 8:30 p.m. All three presenters will be part of a panel discussion from 8:30 to 9 p.m.
